How It Works

A complimentary 15 minute call to discuss your needs, goals, and challenges. This will determine if we are the right fit for each other.

We will thoroughly review your child’s medical and dietary history and take a deep dive into your concerns regarding your child’s nutrition. From our discussion, we’ll create a plan for your family.

The frequency of follow ups can differ based on your child’s needs. While some children may only require a couple bi-weekly sessions, others might need more. We will assess your child’s progress and make any necessary adjustments.

If you have specific questions and feel stuck but aren’t looking for a full initial session, this is the solution for you. This one-time 30 minute call offers brief assistance, but please note that it does not include follow-up messaging support.

This program is designed to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to start solids in an enjoyable way! It includes an initial session and one follow up session to answer all your questions. We will go over topics like: signs of readiness, food preparation, puree vs baby led weaning, food safety, hunger/fullness cues, portion sizes, textures, and how to create healthy habits from the start!
