Jessica Rosecrance RDN, LEC

Hi, I’m Jessica, and I’m excited to welcome you to my practice. Since becoming a registered dietitian in 2016, I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of patients, but it was my time at WIC that truly sparked my passion for pediatric nutrition. There, I found immense satisfaction in helping infants grow into healthy, thriving children. I supported parents with practical strategies on various issues, such as introducing solids, addressing low iron levels, managing picky eating, and ensuring their child's growth stays on track.

Becoming a mother deepened my understanding of these needs and ignited my drive to seek out more information. However, I often felt overwhelmed by the abundance of online sources. With so much information out there, it was challenging to navigate and determine which resources were truly helpful and trustworthy. From the anxiety of introducing solids to dealing with a tantrum-prone toddler at mealtimes, I encountered firsthand the challenges parents face. These experiences have fueled my dedication to assisting families on their own journeys.

My approach focuses on working together to establish realistic goals that involve your whole family. I want you to feel fully supported and confident in a safe, collaborative space where we can unite to create meaningful, positive change.
